Long Beach and Michigan City real estate are really inseperable. The two really blend together. Lake front properties are of great value in Michigan City and Long Beach.
An agent in either area would do well to rank for those terms. Laporte county overall is a great place to live and do business in. We have all four seasons, like it or not. wait ten minutes and the weather will change.
We have the lake the beach the dunes. The south shore railroad is a great asset to the community. We also have that funny looking tower and plant that looks like a nuclear plant...you know nipsco...ok...most people dont like them.
We have lots of great food and shopping. The Blue Chip Casino. Lighthouse mall...should I go on?
